Description
Scenario 1
- If a user has defaulted a billing account at the project-level, they can edit it at the challenge/task level.
- On the Advanced Settings "Basic Details" section, the user can click on the billing account field's dropdown menu and select an alternate billing account.
- The options populated in that dropdown menu are the billing accounts the user has access too.
- Changing the billing account at the challenge or task level does not change the default at the project-level.
Scenario 2
If a user has not defaulted the billing account at the project-level, they are required to answer this at the challenge and task-level.
- On the Advanced Settings "Basic Details" section, the user can click on the billing account field's dropdown menu and select a billing account.
- The options populated in that dropdown menu are the billing accounts the user has access too.
- If there is no billing account defaulted at the project-level, once the user selects a billing account at the challenge or task level they will next:
-See a pop-up window, which asks: "Do you want to make [Billing Account] the default for the project?"
-The user can choose these options: [Yes], [No], [Esc]
-If "Yes" is selected, then the project should be updated with the default billing account. This change can be viewed on the Project Settings tab inside the project.
