Timeline Template Selection

Issue

Core issue is currently you cannot select a Design challenge and get the correct timeline reliably. We have fixed the backend, and surfaced timeline template selection into work manager.

Testing

Create a Type Challenge in each of the 4 Tracks. Then select a timeline template, create the challenge and save as draft. The timeline in V5 should match the timeline in Legacy/OR.

Please test a Design Challenge with Checkpoints through submission, review, winner selection and close.

Note

When you create a Marathon Match challenge, you need to add a Marathon Match Tag to the challenge for it to come up as the correct type in legacy.

@lakshmiathreya we haven't reverted the changes in code yet. We have just reverted the build on the production, that means the issue still lies in 0.7.0 but 0.7.0 is not on production right now, it is 0.6.0 on production. In case we are not able to solve the problem by next prod push, we would revert it in the code as well.
