Expected behavior

Should be allowed to set $0 for prize if CoPilot payment is non zero

Actual behavior

Forced to set non zero value for prize even though only copilot payment is to be set

Context

I need to set only copilot payment (for my copilot duties) and it does not fall under development - but I am forced to set $1 for the prize - which shows up in my PACTs too confusing the payments, especially if this is carried out multiple times.. Makes tracking the payment confusing.

I think we need to set a non zero value in prize money because legacy system still needs non zero prize money. Correct me if I am wrong here @rootelement @ajefts

Legacy supports zero prizes. This is ok to do and desired.
