[$15] Validate prizes

Expected behavior

Prizes should either be validated so the Nth prize is lower or equal to N-1 or automatically sorted before sent to the backend

Actual behavior

I can create the following prize structure which makes no sense:

• 1st: $100
• 2nd: $25
• 3rd: $50

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Create a new challenge
• Add the 3 prizes from the above section
• Observe

Sum up:

• the next prize cannot be bigger than the previous one, but can be the same
• if a user enters the wrong prize show a validation error: Prize for the higher place cannot be bigger than for lower place
• we should not be able to send form if there is a validation error
