Add "Preview" challenge button

When I'm creating/editing a challenge I often want to preview it in Community App.

Current behavior

• Imagine I'm editing the challenge on the edit page and want to preview in Community App.
• To do so I have to click "Back" button.
• Wait until the challenge listing is loaded.
• Switch to another tab, depending on my challenge status.
• Sometimes I have switch several tabs, if I'm not sure what is the current status of my challenge New, Draft or Active.
• Locate the challenge in list hover and click "View Challenge" link.
• After that I often want to continue editing, so I have to click the challenge one more time to view it.
• And after click "Edit" button to come to editing.

As you can see there are many steps to do to preview the challenge during editing, and I have this situation quite often when preparing a new challenge to run.

Expected behavior

I suggest adding one more button "Preview" next to the "Direct" and "Online Review" button on both VIEW and EDIT pages, like this:

@vikasrohit @maxceem - it is a good suggestion. In the next 6 weeks I will be getting final design updates made in Marvel for WM's revamped UI, which I will plan to pitch as a project in the next round of project pitches (after 2/26). I will make sure this preview concept is a part of it.
