[$60] Postman clean up and seed fix

Postman

• Remove unnecessary endpoints in Timeline folder because of GET /v4/timelines returns 500 for non-manger users #119 changes.

• Fix ProjectType error in create

• Fix ProductTemplate error in create

• Move tests under issueXX to correct folder. If unnecessary remove

• Organize the rest of folder and make sure all testing are working properly

Seed fix

• Fix the command npm run seed

I tried using docker file but the server wouldn't come up at all. When i try NODE_ENV=development npm run sync:db, it says "Error syncing database { SequelizeConnectionError: connect ETIMEDOUT 35.190.50.106:54321" - i can see docker ps lists the services are up.

@simranb86 , docker is running the db at the port 5432. Change the port and try, It should work. If still you are interested to working on this issue and pls re assign it to yourself
