Provide method to handle errors

Update wrapper to provide a method to which we can pass errors, which in turn calls postEvent.

The method will always use the same kafka topic to post to - the callee will not be passing the topic to use.

Since we are implementing wrapper to the Bus API, Wrapper will not know which topic should be used for posting errors unless we set it in environment variable or pass it directly. Setting environment variable will also be like passing the topic from caller application which uses this wrapper

I'm not a big fan of env vars for libraries/modules as I think that create hidden/conflicting requirements. Could we add a config when instantiating the module instead and then the application utilizing the wrapper will determine that?

Sure. I think the same approach is used in m2m module of tc-core-library-js. I will follow the same.
