[$60] Add 2 new fields to JobCandidate model

Add 2 new fields to the JobCandidate model:

• externalId, absolutely the same as we have for Jobs, to track external id in RCRM, but make it optional
• resume, a field where we would track the resume link: string, optional, length 2048.

We would need your help to merge it.

1. Merge PR add externalId and resume fields to the JobCanidate model #100
2. Run migration script npm run migrate
3. Run request to update ES mapping:

   PUT /job_candidate/_mapping
   {
     "properties": {
        "resume": {
          "type": "text"
        },
        "externalId": {
          "type": "keyword"
        }
      }
   }
