Issues with role (GET,PATCH,DELETE)

Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas-admin/roles
Editing or Deleting an existing role throws the "Internal Server Error" error

Note: This is not issue if you create and then edit or delete the newly created role

Also, when we do a GET role with ID, we get the role not found error for existing roles, which get returned when using the GET without the id

Adding to the above, When we try to view the description of the existing roles, it is not getting displayed.
