Description
Currently at taas-admin payment, we only track when payment was created/scheduled and don't track what time it was processed.
Since payment process is scheduled activity, the exact process time depends on scheduler Cron set at environment variables. The goal is to capture and display indicative process date and time and not exact time.
also, Move the current and future only label next to history (currently we need to scroll right to see this feature).
