Minor issue related to the dates of Work/Education fields.

Description:

1. If a user has entered the End date for a work and then checked "I am currently working on this role" checkbox then the Edit date should be deleted and not saved. But currently it is getting saved.

2. In Education related fields, If a user entered the expected future End date and click the Graduated checkbox, the End date should be deleted (like in Community app). Currently it is getting saved.

3. In same Education related fields, If a user clicks the Graduated checkbox and then tries to enter the End date, the future dates should not be available in the calendar. (like in community app)
