Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://platform.topcoder.com/earn/find/challenges
2. Go to page 2
3. Click any of the technology labels of any challenge

Actual Result:

• No challenges were found. If you look at the challenge URL it's still on "page=2", which causing the no result found. Changing it to "page=1" will show results.

Expected Result:

• Should filter results properly
