Issue title:
Submission- submited user is not showing in the list unless the page loads

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the challenge Spooky scary bug hunt event 4
2. click on submit, it is already showing registered since in live it is registerred
3. Pick the file and submit
4. check the name in the list of submission
5. name not listing unless the page loads again

Actual result:
The name is not listing in the submission page

Expected result:
It should show once the user submitted and rediredted to submission page.
