1. Backend needs to be more robust when handling such long search text, instead of throwing 504 error like this: https://monosnap.com/file/hwIO2gIAEeEROO7HzOJyMR6a1U00pn

2. Frontend needs to be handled well. I think we will need to preset some validation rules in both frontend and backend.

In this ticket, let's prevent the search title box to have a very long input text.

To make this a bit simpler, so the input box content is exceeding a certain amount of characters, let's no longer accept more input.
