The invalid challenge search leads to disappearing the search box, and the sort section, no work around to get the challenges back to be displayed

Steps to reproduce :

1. Go to the 'https://platform.topcoder.com/earn/find/challenges'
2. type some random charecters like 'ttttt' in the search section
3. watch for the results to loaded, and the presence of the search and sort function on the UI.
   --

Actual result:

the message appears like 'No challenges were found. You can try changing your search parameters.' but the search field and the sort is disappearing and no way to get back the search box and the sort button, User has to click on the 'Challenge' tab to get the menu and the challenges list back on the UI

Expected results:

the search box and the sort should not disappear from the UI with the random text search
