[$5] Hide the buttons to switch between list and Grid

Summary:
Grid display does not work

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to https://platform.topcoder.com/earn/find/challenges
2. click on grid icon

Actual Result:

Listings is not displayed in grid

Expected Result:

We won't implement the listing in grid, so let's remove the buttons of switching between the list mode and grid mode.

And please only comment out the code line, so once we want these buttons back, we can uncomment the code and make them re-display again.
