[$50] Redirection to v5 challenge url, when accessing legacy challenge url is incorrect

when user tries to access the challenge details page using legacy challenge id, the page must be redirected to load the v5 challenges url
for example:
https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/earn/find/challenges/30058862 must redirect to
https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/earn/find/challenges/2df15dc5-6533-4b13-96fc-2106635ba3e2

But
https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/earn/find/challenges/30058862 redirects to
https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/challenges/2df15dc5-6533-4b13-96fc-2106635ba3e2
