[$150] Redirect after accepting terms

On the platform app, the redirect after accepting the terms and doing the docusign flow isn't sending the user to the correct URL. It's probably a relative link that needs to be changed to an absolute one.

@jmgasper, please see the issue while user signs the NDA. The challenge details page is not loafded again and the user is not registered, The same scenario works fine in CA.
