Email sent when tagged in private forum that user doesn't have access to

Apparently there's a security/permissions bug with forum when if someone tags you in a post in a private forum, you're still receiving the email

Can we suppress sending the email when a user is tagged in a private forum that the tagee doesn't have access to?
