White border underneath expanded footer

When the footer is expanded, there's a white border appearing underneath the footer. The expected functionality is that the footer will always be pinned to the very bottom of the page, without any border underneath it.

@jmgasper I tested it in Prod. There is no issue. Please clear browser cache and check it again.
