[$400] Handle "Self-service Customer" role

When a customer is added to a challenge, we will give them the "Self-Service Customer" role. We should handle that in the groups plugin so that we can differentiate between a customer and a normal member on a challenge.

@jmgasper I handled the 'Client Manager' role in a challenge forum processor. So users with this role will watch a group and will be notified about new post/comments. Please apply PR - topcoder-platform/challenge-forum-processor#70. Thanks!

Should we do any changes in UI in the main site? Should we add the role name after topcoder handle in Vanilla forums like we do for Copilots?

Or add the 'Client Manager' in a group page?

@atelomycterus - Thanks for that. I'll discuss with Topcoder about adding the Client Manager to the group page. Normally we wouldn't, only because there are a few client managers, but we may want to revisit that for self-service stuff.
