[$150] Post count next to handle

@atelomycterus - Topcoder is asking if we can add a post count next to handles. The payment listed is a just a placeholder for investigation - we can bump it up as we discuss level of effort to implement something like this. My main concern is performance - I don't want anything to be slower.

@jmgasper Yes, we can add post count. There are some user counters in Vanilla. GDN_User table contains the CountDiscussions column. The counter is updated when a discussion is added/deleted/restored by User.

CountWatchedCategories is our custom column. The counter is updated when a category is watched/unwatched by User.
