From Topcoder:

Confusing when someone posting has 5 roles attached to their handle. Update to only display one role.
-We only want to keep/show Copilot and Reviewer roles. Can we remove/hide other roles such as Approver and Observer roles for forums?

• Keep usernames colored and change the color of the role to black
• Admins should have Orange handles and no role attached
• Add a space between username and role
• hide “Submitter” role
