3. can you remove "tree" view option and make 'Threaded" the default

Note that this was an explicit requirement from the original forum implementation. I'm fine to remove this, but we need to be clear with the QA team and the folks that worked on the initial implementation (comparing with Jive) that this is going away because it was a view option in Jive.

I can discuss with them if needed. I just don't see the point of this view. All I see is the below and I cannot click the messages to expand or anything. Threaded is essentially this but with content, which actually seems helpful and how forums typically read in my experience.
