Better to change the message displayed when user tries to post a comment/reply with less than 2 characters

Steps
Try to create a comment without adding any text
The message we show when user tries to post a comment or reply without body is: "Body is 2 characters too short."

Better to change this message to a meaningful message.

Also earlier we allowed 1 character (#147). Not sure if user will just need to comment/reply with a smiley
