Should have the ability to respond to posts through images - at least the basic ones.

For example, sometimes, submitters will post messages that only need to be acknowledged. In such cases, responding with the 👍 emoji would be better than typing ok...

@callmekatootie - This was discussed as part of the plan for the current shapeup. Topcoder decided to do the up/down voting first, but they are aware that this was also requested.
