[$25] Tweak file display on attachment emails

From the ticket related to attachments:

@atelomycterus There was no issue in displaying/downloading the attachments in the emails other than the already reported/known issues, however the attachments are displayed separated out by one space and looks a bit cluttered

In addition, I added file size for each attachment. I placed the text next to it, because it looks more readable than when the file size is part of the link. Each attachment provides information about the document ( name and file size). This gives users a good idea of what to expect if they follow the link.

@jmgasper @atelomycterus The format mentioned in atelomycterus's above comment(file size and the label 'Attachments:') is not reflected in the notification email, and the spacing seems to be bigger between the attachments
