User able to access challenge though their Copilot role is removed in Connect.

Description:

TCConnCopilot able to access challenge (https://qa-community-app.topcoder-dev.com/challenges/c785937b-57dc-461b-8a0a-45ebc3bad0b4) under the Testing 2020 project (https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/projects/16665) though the user's Copilot role is removed in Connect and not having any role (Observer/reviewer/submitter/Manager) in the challenge.

@rootelement - What do you think about this one? I don't think that OR will raise any sort of Kafka event if this happens, so I don't think there's much we can do. If a challenge.action.resource.delete event was raised, it would be handled automatically.

To me, this seems like an edge case.
