Additional TCO Eligible Challenges toggle issues

QA reported the following issues:

Issue 1

In Past challenges, the TCO Eligible Challenges toggle is getting reset now but the TCO Eligible Challenges toggle filter alone is toggled on, the Reset Filter is not getting enabled to reset it.

Issue 2

If both the Recommended challenges and TCO Eligible Challenges are toggled on, it is displaying a blank page without any challenge or message.

Is this a problem with our changes or another bug in the community app?

Issue 3

For the My Challenges, TCO Eligible Challenges toggle is not displayed but if it is toggled on for other sections (Open for registration etc.), My challenges is also getting filtered.
