[mobile] search input in "ebooks and white papers" page is showing clipped placeholder.

Describe the bug
In the "ebooks and white papers" page there is a search option. In mobile view the placeholder is clipped to Search ebooks and white pap paper gets clipped to pap.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to www.topcoder.com
2. Click on the resources button on top
3. Click on "ebooks and white papers"
4. Check the placeholder in the search option. Its clipped to Search ebooks and white pap

Expected behavior
If the placeholder's size is bigger than screen size it should be Search ebooks and white pap.... note the 3 dots in the end.
