Chrome - Whole section in not clickable in the “Data Science FAQ” only text area is clickable

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Scroll Down and go to ”Data Science FAQ”
4. Expand by clicking empty white spaces ( Refer Video Where to click)
5. Observe UI

Actual behavior
Whole section in not clickable in the “Data Science FAQ”, only text area is clickable

Expected behavior
Whole section should be clickable in the “Data Science FAQ”
