Chrome - Unable to scroll down the page if user click “Lets Talk” button from ”Project & Professional Services” section -> Close the “Talk To Sales” prompt using Escape button -> Again Click “Lets Talk” button for 4 to 6 times

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Scroll Down and go to ”Project & Professional Services” section
4. Click Lets Talk button
5. App open the “Talk to Sales” prompt
6. User keyboard escape button to close the prompt
7. Click the “Lets Talk” button 3 to 4 times
8. Try to Scroll down the page using mouse or scroll down button
9. Observe the UI

Actual behavior
Unable to scroll down the page

Expected behavior
App should allow to scroll down the page
