Describe the bug
Chrome - Unable to click “Lets Talk” link button if user close “Talks To Sales” prompt using “Escape” button

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Scroll Down and go to “What Can I Do at Topcoder” section
4. Click Lets Talk button
5. App open the “Talk to Sales” prompt
6. Click Escape button from Keyboard
7. App will close the prompt
8. Now click the “Lets Talk” link button
9. Observe the UI

Actual behavior
Unable to click “Lets Talk” link button if user close “Talks To Sales” prompt using “Escape” button

Expected behavior
App should allow to click “Lets Talk” button if user close “Talks To Sales” prompt using “Escape” button
