iPad - Unable to click Drop Down button , if user open “Talk to Sales” form and click submit button 3 times continuously without entering any details

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Click Lets Talk Button
4. App Open Talk To Sale Form
5. Click the “Submit” button 3 times without entering any details
6. App display “Required Field” pop up message in the drop down text field
7. Click on the drop-down button
8. Observe the UI

Actual behavior
iPad - Unable to click Drop Down button , if user open “Talk to Sales” form and click submit button 3 times continuously without entering any details

Expected behavior
App should allow to click Drop Down button
