Back to Topcoder.com button is not clickable

Describe the bug
When user submit Start a project form, app prompts a pop up, app is not redirecting user to the respective page when user clicks on "Back to topcoder.com" button from this pop up.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://www.topcoder.com/oil-gas-utilities-energy/?ref=nav
2. Scroll down the screen.
3. Click on Start a project/Find talent/Get started/Enterprises sales button.
4. Input too long field values in all fields and click on Start button.
5. click on the "Back to Topcoder.com" from the displayed pop up.

Expected behavior
User should be redirected to the topcoder.com page on click on "Back to Topcoder.com" button.
