iPhone IOS - in https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/ page , sometime left and right button banner scroll navigation is not working

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Scroll Down and go to big banner section
4. Click “Left” and “right” button and navigate

Actual behavior
in https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/ page , sometime left and right button banner scroll navigation is not working

Expected behavior
in https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/ page , left and right button banner scroll navigation should work always
