Inconsistence place holder inside the fields of same form

Describe the bug
The strength of all fields value is not consistence. field value of What are you interested in is dark and all others are faded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/data-advisory/
2. Click on Let's talk button.
3. Observe the strength of text within the displayed form.

Expected behavior
The color/font strength of all fields value should be display in similar way
