While filling form , app is not scrolling down the form down

Describe the bug
While filling form , Partial Content is hidden when keyboard is and user is unable to scroll

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/data-science/find-me-data/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Click “Lets Talk”
4. App open the Talk to sales
5. Scroll side down and reach bottom of the page
6. Enter details and try to scroll form
7. Observe the UI

Actual behavior
While filling form , app is not scrolling down the form down

Expected behavior
While filling form app should allow user to scroll
