Describe the bug
Podcasts doesn't stop playing even after closing the podcast window

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.topcoder.com/'
2. Scroll down to 'OUR CUSTOMERS’ SUCCESS' section
3. Click on the play button or listen to podcast on one of available podcasts
4. Notice the behavior
5. Click on play button again
6. Wait for the podcast to start
7. Close the podcast window
8. Notice the behavior
9. Podcast is still playing the audio
10. Click again on Listen to Podcast and play in the new modal window
11. Now, there will be two audios playing parallely and User has to refresh the page to stop the podcast playing

Expected behavior
Podcasts should stop playing even after closing the podcast window.
