clicking on "Join the community" button on topcoder homepage leads to 404 for a logged in user

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. Login to your topcoder account
3. Click on 'Join the community' available on the Homepage topcoder.com
4. Notice the behavior
5. It redirects to 404 page

Expected behavior
For a logged in user, "Join the community" should behave properly

@drasticdpk This issue is different than #6084 . This link is available at the top and redirects to 404 only when the user is already logged in. #6084 is an issue about the footer link. This is surely different issue. Could you please check again. Please refer the video attached in the bug.
