Header Menu breaking on Tab Keyboard Intraction both envriroment Prod and Dev

Describe the bug
The menu option is breaking when I am trying to access from the Tab keyboard.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to (https://topcoder.com/) or (https://topcoder-dev.com/)
2. Press Tab Key to try access header Menu
   See attached screenshot for both Env.

Expected behavior
The menu option is breaking when I am trying to access from the Tab keyboard. this is not accessible properly, ideally, this should be as per accessibility guideline https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/menus/.
