The profile picture in the Settings page is uploading for a long time

Description:

If the user uploads a profile photo in the onboard app and try to update the same in Settings page, it is uploading for a long time. (loading continuously).
Note: If we refresh and try to add the same profile photo again it is uploading fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upload a profile photo in the Onboarding app.
2. Complete the onboarding flow.
3. Then in Community app settings page, upload a new profile photo.
4. Observe the issue.
5. Refresh the page.
6. Try to upload the same photo again (uploads fine)
