[$5] Devices Dropdown "down caret" icon is not clickable

Steps:

1. Open the Edit Profile
2. Click Tools -> Devices
3. Try to click on exactly "down caret" icon.

Expected Result: It open dropdown

Actual Result: It is not clickable, areas other than icon is clickable
