[$10] Hide Linked Accounts menu in the Account tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to https://topcoder.com/
2. Go to your profile settings
3. Navigate to Account tab
4. Click on "Stack Overflow"
5. Notice the content in popup

Current Results

"Application is disabled" is shown in popup on Clicking on Stack Overflow in Account -> Linked Accounts

Expected Results

Should be able to link Stack overflow account.

Please let's hide the Linked Accounts menu on the left, so we only have My Accounts under Account tab.

We currently won't fix the issues in the Linked Accounts, so we will hide it for now.
