[$25] Edit option is still enabled after the hobby is deleted

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://www.topcoder.com/settings/profile#hobbies
2. Add a new hobbies and click edit
3. now delete the hobby and Observe the edit hobby option is still there.

Edit option is still enabled after the hobby is deleted

Expected Results

Edit option should be changed to add hobby once the hobby is deleted
