Topgear redirect

We want Topgear users to get redirected to https://topgear-app.wipro.com when they access https://topgear.topcoder.com (After login & every time when the user access this URL)

Additionally,

1. Remove FAQ and Topgear Operations on the top navigation on https://topgear.topcoder.com

It's all changes to community app. Might need some help from Matt's team if there are some special redirects happening that are not in the code.

1. FAQ and Topgear Operations are removed from Topgear Staging - as expected.
2. Redirect to Topgear-ap working on Staging - as expected.
3. FAQ persisting in Topgear-App - is this expected
4. The User Profile pic is not centered correctly in the Topgear-App page.

5. Verified both logged in and logged out scenarios - the redirect is working fine.
