User Handle and User ID are not loading properly in topgear.topcoder.com

For user with email id manoj.sukumaran@wipro.com, handle is not displayed after login to https://topgear.topcoder.com
And also the ‘Initiate Project’ link doesn’t have the user_id appended to the URL. Refer below screenshots

Sachin has confirmed the issue is not related to new Auth0 changes.

This is not reproducible for my user (picachui)
