[$50]Previously used search term is retained on subsequent instances

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Challenge Listings
2. Search for a challenge using search bar
3. Close the browser
4. Open Challenge listings in a new tab/window
5. Listings page automatically searches with the previous search term

This issue is intermittent. Will upload a video when observed next. This issue is also present in V4.

Hi, can you upload video for this issue. Did you changed filters before search for terms.

I have raised an issue few months ago. It is might be similar issue. Can you look at this?

@nursoltan-s , yes I think #4368 is related. I was not able to reproduce this issue now to get a video, even though I have seen it before.

The Summary I think is that all filters (search, track toggles, filters) are not cleared properly.

1. Problem is trackStatus[text] value is hold on localStorage. Should we filter out "filter[text]" parameter not to store on localStorage and retain all other filters?

2. And other filters (like track, date etc) should be stored on localStorage?
