My Challenges Bucket: Few challenges display the time to register section

For the My Challenges section the "Time to Register" section must not be shown.

#4559

@SathyaJayabal @sushilshinde Looks like the developer added lot of unnecessary code changes in there, So many file changes to fix #4559 wasn't needed, it needed only a small change on react-lib to fix #4559, developer had to update logic to pipe response of getChallenges and getUserChallenges response and that's it. I see huge lot of files were changed in #4559 , which may break many more things.
