HTTP 404 error when navigating to community overview from payment page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the landing page / Home page https://www.topcoder.com/
2. Log in or register
3. Click on COMMUNITY button
4. Click on the Payments
5. When in "Payments" page click hover over COMMUNITY and click on "Overview"

Actual Result:
404 Http Error, Resource not found page is shown

Expected Results
The url (https://www.topcoder.com/community/members/) suggests there should be some content/summary of community members
